We make beers that we love to drink.
With rotating beers to match the seasons and a year round India Pale Ale, we're sure you'll find something you love.
Oregon Sun New England India Pale Ale
6.0%ABV, 50 IBU The sun in Oregon is often clouded. This IPA is also clouded. Jumping on the Hazy bandwagon, we brewed this to complement our sunshine, or lack of, to match. Hopped with Colombus, Centennial, El Dorado and Mosaic, this will surely satisfy your taste buds!
4.7% ABV, 30 IBU. Orange goodness flows from our American take on this German classic. Lot of Citra hops flowing out of this beer!
4-6-3 Double IPA
8.8%ABV, 88 IBU. The 4-6-3 double play truly a pitchers best friend, and a 4-6-3 Double IP(L)A(Y) very well could be come yours as well! Big beer with a very light body, very drinkable (almost too much so for such a big beer!) and an abundance of El Dorado, Amarillo, Centennial and Colombus hops carry the flavor here.
Silent Rawk Stout
6.7%ABV, 55 IBU This is an updated version of our Silent Rock Stout. Similar in every way, just a tad bit lower alcohol percentage and a new name to Rawk Out!
Banjo in the Rye American(a) Pale Ale
5.8% ABV, 32 IBU. What's more American than a super drinkable pale ale, rye malt, and a banjo? Probably only this pale ale. Sit back, pull up a banjo, a porch, and this pale ale and enjoy the ride!
NW IPA style for sure!
6.8% ABV, 72 IBU: A mdeium bodied but full flavored IPA with floral and citrus notes from the Simcoe and Amarillo hops.
Silent Rock Oatmeal Stout (Winter/Spring 2017)
7.2% ABV, 57 IBU. Rich and dark bodied. Perfect balance of hops, roasted flavors, and a rich smoothness
Compadres Mexican India Pale Lager (NanoFest Fall 2017)
7.0% ABV, 60 IBU. Bold, hop filled, and crisp as can be. This is not a beer to be trifled with.
Pickin' & Grinnin' Fresh Hop IPA (Fall 2017)
7.2% ABV, 95 IBU. Fresh hop season is the best season. We homegrow the hops that go into this. Limited quantities! When it hits the bottle shops be sure to rush to get this one!
Bourbon Mocha Porter
6.7%, 32 IBU. We took a milk porter, bumped up the alcohol a little, and then aged it in a Bull Run Distilling Bourbon Barrel with some coffee and dark chocolate. A little bit of wonderment for the Christmas Season!
Imperial Irish Golden Ale
Going to age this 9%+ beer in whiskey barrels. Look for it in 2019 or perhaps later! Will definitely be worth the wait!
Hoping to make this happen before too long!
